SCANMAN HIVE

Warehouse scanning IP, in production.
Building the Hive next.

SCANMAN · WMS · scanning IP · building the Hive

ScanMan owns the warehouse management software and scanning IP that DroneScan's robotic products run on today — ten years in production across three scanning modes. The next chapter is the ScanMan Hive: a capture, navigation, and edge-integration platform that will travel with whatever robot a warehouse buys. Currently in build. Both ScanMan and DroneScan relaunching together; briefing materials open to selected partners by invitation.

Production today. Platform tomorrow.

ScanMan owns the warehouse management software and scanning IP that DroneScan's robots run on today — in production for over a decade. The ScanMan Hive — currently in build — extends that into a capture, navigation, and edge-integration platform that any robot will be able to ride. Three IP layers, one platform, currently shipping the first.

The robotic startup on ScanMan IP

Ten years. Three modes. More on the way.

Robotic inventory products built on ScanMan's WMS & scanning IP since 2015.

Three scanning modes shipping today: MeerKat (autonomous ground robot with telescopic mast), Buffalo (reach-truck mounted), and the aerial drone line (DJI heritage from M100 through Mavic Hummingbird, current generation now). Future ground robotics — humanoids, pick-arm cells, third-party AMRs — will join via the ScanMan Hive once it's in production.

What you'll find behind sign-in

An architecture brief for the board, investors, and CIOs — the ScanMan WMS & scanning IP that's in production today, the planned ScanMan Hive build (capture / navigation / edge), and the embedded-chip strategy that comes after it.

An executive brief for supply chain and retail leaders — outcome-first DroneScan briefing, with a 12-week pilot path to a board-ready ROI.

A project proposal for the ScanMan Navigation Platform — distributed indoor positioning for ground robots, planned as the next independently licensable IP layer alongside the Hive build.
